PCB decided and allowed franchises to add two more players to their squad due to covid restrictions. This PSL mini draft will be on 9th January 2024. PSL mini draft time is 05:45 pm. So it will help franchisees to balance their teams. PSL 2024 Schedule

All franchises completed their squad in the draft on the December. Teams are facing problems after the exclusion of Afghanistan players. Almost all teams have one or two players in their squads; that’s why PCB has decided to do a Mini draft to overcome these problems.

PSL Mini Draft And Players’ Possible Picks In Franchises

Here will explain in detail the teams of expected picks by teams. Here is detail

Islamabad United

United will likely pick Akif Javed and David Miller in the mini-draft in the second week of January.

Karachi Kings

Same as that, Karachi Kings are likely to add Matin Guptil in the international player pick and Musa Khan in the local player pick.

Lahore Qalandars

According to the news, Qalandars will pick Ben Dunk in the foreign player category while Haris Sohail in their local player category.

Multan Sultan

Last season’s champion, Sultans, will likely add Gregory Munsy from the foreign player list, while they will add Junaid Khan to their squad from the PSL Mini draft.

Peshawar Zalmi

Zalmi would likely pick Ahmed Shahzad in their squad as a local player and Shemron Hetmayer as their foreign player in the coming PSL mini-draft for season 7.

Quetta Gladiators
