Winners Of ICC Awards 2021

International Cricket Council announced the winners in all categories of cricket awards on 24th January 2022. Top performers cricketers all over the world are nominated in different categories. ICC managed public polls and had a panel to decide the winners of ICC awards 2021.

Here are the top performers worldwide, both in men’s and women’s, all international games managed in 2021.

ICC Umpire Of The Year 2021

Marais Erasmus

The man who served 20 international fixtures in all three formats in 2021. He also appeared in the ICC Men T20I world cup 2021 final. Marais Erasmus won Icc Umpire of the year.

ICC Men’s T20I Cricketer Of The Year

Mohmmad Rizwan (Pakistan)

With an average of 73.66, 1326 runs in 29 matches with one century and 24 dismissals. Mohammad Rizwan made his median T20i century against South Africa in home conditions in February 2021. Also carrying out this form into WorldCup and providing a solid start to Pakistan in World Cup and finishes as third top scorer in the tournament. M Rizwan (Pakistan) won ICC Men’s T20I cricketer of the year.

ICC Womens T20I Crickter OF the Year

Tammy Beaumont (England)

The women cricketer, with a lot of runs for her country, was also the top scorer against New Zealand in the home and away series. Three half-centuries at an average of 33.66 had 303 runs for England. Tammy Beaumont won ICC women’s cricketer of the year.

ICC Emerging Men’s Cricketer Of The Year

Janneman Malan (South Africa)

The 25-year-old Janeman got a spot in the lineup of south Africa. He played 17 matches and scored 715 runs with two centuries and three fifties, at an average of 47.66 and strike rate of 101.58. ICC announced Janneman as the winners of ICC awards 2021.

ICC Emerging Women’s Cricketer Of The Year

Fatima Sana (Pakistan)

With 165 runs and 24 wickets at an average of 23.95 in 16 International games, 20 years Fatima Sana, Pakistani pacer, impressed everyone with her abilities. Ability to add some handy runs down the order, making a permanent spot in Pakistan ODI and T20 side.

Zeeshan Maqsood (Oman)

Babar Azam (Pakistan)

Babar Azam only played six matches in a year but played a vital role for Pakistan in two series. He made two centuries at an average of 67.50 against South Africa. Babar made a century, and Pakistan chased down 274, and later in the final ODI, 94 runs led the foundation for Pakistan to win the series. Babar Azam is in Winners Of ICC Awards 2021.

Lizelle Lee (South Africa)

lee Was in great touch in 2021. She was out on zero against Pakistan, but 40+ helped Africa sweep in the series after two. She scored 632 runs with an average of 90.28 along with one century and one-half century. Lizelle announced in winners Of ICC Awards 2021.

Joe Root (England)

Englands test captain and mister consistent for English Joe Root scored 1708 runs with six centuries in 15 matches. He becomes the third player in the history of the cricket world. Mohammad Yousaf and Vivan Richard are ahead of him. He also chipped 14 wickets with balls.

Pakistani tall pacer Shaheen Afridi was fiery throughout the year 2021. He has the best year to reach the top ranking of bowlers in both T20Is and Tests. Shaheen is on the list of winners of ICC awards 2021

He also had a tremendous spell in the world cup against India were bowled out by Indian openers and brought under pressure, and the match wins by Pakistan.
